One character sends postcards bought at Roadside Attractions in the United States. I wanted to include a wide array of different destinations / unique Roadside Attractions and thought a photo (postcard) of your large Paul Bunyan would be of interest to the reader. I have a publisher who is interested in the book. We are fine tuning the details and while no commitment has been made, it would serve the book (and me) well if I were to collect photo's of the postcards for the book. Regretfully, I am unable to provide monetary compensation, however I can provide a credit line, a signing of the book when it's published and of course, a copy for you. I realize this isn't much, but with the hope this book will take hold of a child's imagination, I'm also hopeful it will spark them to make Roadside Attractions a must-do event on family vacations. Its small and cozy. I like that its closer to the bigger towns. However you do need to clean up the older buildings and at least make them presentable, even for the people that drive by threw. Its a beauitful area and tons of things you can do up in the area. Don't forget to CPR on fishing. Save the lakes and quit littering the area with your junk. Pick up after yourselfs and keep it clean.
